1. First come, first serve basis.
2. Serious buyers ONLY. We will not tolerate those who backout.
3. Cancellation will not be entertained.
4. Confirmation within 24 hours.
5. Reservation within 48 hours.

7. To purchase anything please fill up the order forms provided below.
8. Orders through email are not encouraged due to keeping things in order.
9. NO CASH ON DELIVERY (COD), only postage.
10. Payment must be made during the reservation period.
11. If payment has not been made during the reservation period, items will be available to the next interested parties without prior notice.
12. It is compulsory to state the time, date and amount of transaction after payment is made.
13.Damages during the posting process are at buyer's own risk.
14.Our bank acc no. will be given after confirmation.
15.ALL items sold are BRAND NEW unless stated elsewhere.
16. After confirmation, payment must be done within reservation period and please bank in the amount that should be done to my maybank account. We only do MAYBANK.
